Mike completely accommodated us at the last minute. We needed to get our carpets cleaned for a grad party and Mike came by late in the evening to work on our carpets. Mind you I have 3 kids under 6 so you can imagine the stains on our carpet. Stains are gone and he did a great job and will work with him again.
