I am so thankful for Carpet Care 2000! I called and spoke with Mike, he was very kind and professional. I informed him that I had a lice issue in my home. He was very knowledgeable about the subject. I was not only able to speak to someone after “normal” business hours but they were able to get me an appt. the very next morning! When I called to verify the appt. he was able to come 30 minutes earlier which worked really well for me! When Mike and Matthew (father and son) came, they very respectful and patient! I wasn’t even ready in one room! Lol. They did 1 master bedroom, 2 ‘average sized’ rooms, a large living room and a 6 ft loveseat. I am very pleased with their work; They got all of my children’s stains out of the carpet and it smells clean, dried quickly and looks beautiful! Best of all, I could hardly tell they were there and they were in and out of here in an hour!! Thank you so much, Mike and Matthew!! I’ll see you in a few months! I’m ditching the Kirby! Lol. 😉😊
