I had a great overall experience with Carpet Care 2000. My carpet was extremely dirty and I thought it was past the point of saving, but the tech recommended that I used a specialized restoration tool that made my carpet look brand new. Also I had ripples throughout my hallway that I thought we’re going to be permanent eye sore, but he removed all the ripples and left my carpet looking as good as day I bought it. Reasonable prices, Great Company, Great Communication and very prompt, I will be using their services again. A+++++++
