This was my first experience with this company. I called and had Mike come out to clean a urine stain in my carpet. I had to reschedule 2 times due to my crazy schedule and he was so kind and so accommodating. He even squeezed me in the same day! Very professional and very knowledgeable about the job.
I’ve had other companies come out and just start working before talking about a price. Mike let me know to the penny what the cost was going to be. My carpets look fresh and new and my whole house smells sanitized! I’m having him come back in a few weeks to do my sofas. Definitely recommend this place!
