Using CarpetCare2000 was one of the best decisions I have made for my home, we are dog people and our dogs love to make messes and at times have accidents. We also have small children so we like to keep our house clean. I am so thankful for Carpet Care 2000! I called and spoke with Mike, he was very kind and professional. I informed him that I had a lice issue in my home. He was very knowledgeable about the subject. I was not only able to speak to someone after "normal" business hours but they were able to get me an appt. the very next morning! When I called to verify the appt. he was able to come 30 minutes earlier which worked really well for me! When Mike and Matthew (father and son) came, they very respectful and patient! I wasn't even ready in one room! Lol. They did 1 master bedroom, 2 'average sized' rooms, a large living room and a 6 ft loveseat. I am very pleased with their work; They got all of my children's stains out of the carpet and it smells clean, dried quickly and looks beautiful! Had a toilet flood downstairs - it was a mess! These guys came in and did fantastic job.
This was not just a 'carpet clean' it was water damage remediation.
They removed the excess water, lifted the carpet in such a way it could be put back down, set up blowers and dehumidifier to dry the area.
They came back over the next few days to check and adjust and when everything was good they sanitized and replaced/cleaned the carpet. You would never know there had been a problem.
What makes this even more amazing was that it was affordable.

My carpet was extremely dirty and I thought it was past the point of saving, but the tech recommended that I used a specialized restoration tool that made my carpet look brand new. Also I had ripples throughout my hallway that I thought we're going to be permanent eye sore, but he removed all the ripples and left my carpet looking as good as day I bought it. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service we received from Carpet Care 2000. From the time we called to get a quote, to the time Brian came for the quote appointment and after Brian cleaned our tile and carpet.
Brian arrived on time, was very professional and personable. I asked him to redo certain spots that were stubborn stains and he gladly redid it. Then, he inspected his own work and was not happy with certain areas and he redid them again. He does not try to upsell anything either. Just very straight up guy. We had moved most of the furniture out except for big ones like the couch and kitchen table, but he moved it out of his way to clean underneath them.
Their prices are very reasonable to the point where we can truly afford to have them come twice a year to clean the carpet.
I called up to asked a question and I asked Mike if I should have them clean the tile area yearly and his response was "after a year, take a look and see if it needs cleaning, if it does, then call us." Wow, that's a standup guy!

Used their service to steam clean my couches and area rugs. They did an awesome job. My puppy had an accident on a rug in my daughter's room and i wanted just that spot cleaned but they cleaned the whole rug. Which wasn't a part of the services I requested and they added that service at no extra cost! I pointed out an area on my couch that looked a little worn and they retreated it and it looks great. They took their time and asked me for feedback and offered to retreat anything I wanted while they were there. It was nice to have someone who showed patience, attention to detail and genuine pride of their work. We'll be using there service again!
