We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service we received from Carpet Care 2000. From the time we called to get a quote, to the time Brian came for the quote appointment and after Brian cleaned our tile and carpet.

Brian arrived on time, was very professional and personable. I asked him to redo certain spots that were stubborn stains and he gladly redid it. Then, he inspected his own work and was not happy with certain areas and he redid them again. He does not try to upsell anything either. Just very straight up guy. We had moved most of the furniture out except for big ones like the couch and kitchen table, but he moved it out of his way to clean underneath them.

Their prices are very reasonable to the point where we can truly afford to have them come twice a year to clean the carpet.

I called up to asked a question and I asked Mike if I should have them clean the tile area yearly and his response was “after a year, take a look and see if it needs cleaning, if it does, then call us.” Wow, that’s a standup guy!

We are so happy that we are posting reviews here at YELP and listed them on “Nextdoor”.
