I’m all for supporting local businesses but Carpet Care 2000 has superb customer service. Mike ( knowledgeable and pleasant) penciled me in for the same day, sent Matt whom performed the carpet cleaning (helpful and pleasant), and did an excellent job. The following day, I phoned Mike once more to ask about a certain odor that was lingering from the carpet the day prior and without hesitation he came up with a solution to address issue. Talk about good customer service! Thank you Carpet Care 2000!
