Using Carpet 2000 was not only a pleasing experience, I felt confident in their tech’s (Matt) capabilities and Truck Mounted tools. After a series of questions I was comfortable that my home was in good care. The company charges a fair price for an outstanding job. It was nice to work with a company that is not out to “under-sell everyone else or feel they have to beat the price”, as mentioned, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and really understood what my wife and I were looking for. I just used this service again and the results where again outstanding. I felt the need to enhance my review because I rarely do reviews and feel my experience should be pretty close to what other homeowners are looking for, a fair price and great results.
